About Stonebridge House
Stonebridge House is accredited as a 4-bed recovery house in downtown Columbia that provides shelter and guidance to women coming out of prison for 12 months. While living in the house, residents are matched with the resources she needs while she attains independence and stability. There may be 2 or more people living at the house during her stay. There is a separate room where she may have their own minor children stay with her at the house temporarily. She will focus solely on her personal journey from custody to community living.
Vision Statement
Our vision is a world where prison sentences end when people leave prison. We believe that a safe and comfortable place to live, food to eat and clothes to wear, provide people who were formerly incarcerated time to take full advantage of this pivotal time in their lives. That is why we provide these essential needs for a short time. Instead of prolonging punishment beyond incarceration, we offer women the opportunity to make their own decisions, find their own path and follow their own passions. We see a world where personal power can bridge, interrupt, and ultimately dam the rushing current from incarceration to homelessness.
Non-Discrimination Policy
Stonebridge House will not discriminate on the basis of race, color, sex, religion, national origin, age, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity or veteran status in its volunteer practices or in its policies and procedures concerning access to services.

Executive DirectorI have always been someone’s daughter, someone’s wife, someone’s mom. Like many of us, I forgot for a long time to be the main character in my own story. Stonebridge House is a safe place for special women to be the main character in a whole new story. We walk beside each resident as she finds her own power, creates her own success, tries, fails, and tries again. This is my passion.

Board MemberI serve to help individuals live the real truth of themselves. Recognizing who we are not is the first step of knowing who we truly are. In other words, figuring out how to live your Highest Truest Expression of Yourself this is your job in life. If I have a small part in this equation with an individual, I feel like I’m doing my job. One thing I have learned from working with people is that all people want to matter. All people want to feel validated. Once you gain someone’s trust (my job to do) and do the right thing, you have definitely made a pathway and a positive impact on someone’s life. I also know that service is significant on the road to success. Let’s not forget GRATITUDE.

God has called me to reach out to the incarcerated. I welcome the opportunity to serve women. Rebekah asked me to serve on the board of Stonebridge House. I have discerned that doing so is in God’s will.

Board MemberI believe that life is a journey that everyone takes to successfully become the person they are meant to be in the world. Each of us is charged with figuring out how to become the best version of ourselves. Our path inevitably includes bumps that lead to difficulties and setbacks. Some of us fool ourselves into believing we make our own way with no assistance. A resource like Stonebridge House is important for individuals that acknowledge they need help to go down a different path than what recent mistakes allowed them to travel. I am happy to help support brave individuals that are at a point in their life where they have the strength to make adjustments in order to work toward becoming their best self.

I believe that we are all connected and that a community can be measured by how it supports its people on the edges. Being a part of something bigger than myself helps remind me I am connected to my community, and we all have something to learn from one another. Providing the right support at the right time can change the entire trajectory of someone’s life, and that is why I am proud to support Stonebridge House.

Hi I’m Reva, and I wanted to serve on the board of directors for Stonebridge House because Stonebridge house gave me the opportunity to turn my life around and become the author of my success story. I graduated from Stonebridge house in February of 2026. I want to give back and pour into others the way Stonebridge did to me. Helping new participants to become the author of their success story.
